In autumn 2015, the old path was restored by Sherpas from Nepal, so there is once again a walking route from the old viewing area to the top of Dalsnibba.
In the old days, visitors to Dalsnibba had to walk the last section to the top. Once the current platform and the road up to it were complete, this path was forgotten. In autumn 2015, the old path was restored by Sherpas from Nepal, so there is once again a walking route from the old viewing area to the top of Dalsnibba. The car park, path and the new steps form a coherent whole with the new platform.
